Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need to keep up with the Raiders during the 2007 / 08 season. This site is maintained by the Walton Dugout Club. If you would like to be included on the e-mail list to receive information and updates about Walton Baseball, click on Subscribe, and fill in the information. Be sure to use the drop down tab to select a group. We plan to use this for communicating important information, schedule changes, and much more for both the JV and Varsity teams. Walton High School, with an enrollment of approximately 2600 students, is located in Marietta, Georgia a northwest suburb of Atlanta. Academically, Walton ranks as one of the top high schools in Georgia. Athletically, it also excels, having won the Director’s Cup, indicating statewide athletic supremacy, in its inaugural season, 2000 and then again in 2002. The 2004 Varsity Baseball team finished region play with a 10-1 record and were 5AAAAA Region Champs! The 2007 Varsity Team completed region play with an overall record of 32-7 and a Region record of 14-2 to become 6AAAAA Region Champs! They then advanced thru the playoff rounds to become 6AAAAA STATE CHAMPIONS! Check out our website!
